In an attempt to learn and observe, I try to go to every possible LSF activity while i'm here. Perhaps to catch up on what I've missed, or to eliminate boredom, who knows? Thus, I am brought to a series of places, and in each venue I learn something new, meet someone new, and eat. :)
Last night's agenda: meeting with the LIHUK BISAYA coordinators at Cafe Lucia (they have great coffee btw, advertisement here) and because my first impression of the group was laid back, I was not really expecting them to go all serious when it comes to meetings like this. It was surprising watching them voice out every concern they may have in order to assure the coordinator a flawless performance.
So... I guess first impressions don't last. It hits me as very inspiring how these people are able to foresee whatever trouble they might encounter, and at the same time suggest what they think might eliminate the dilemma. I have a lot to learn from them.
So it's no wonder the LSF is busy with a lot of events. With their perseverance, foresight, and practicality, assured am I that every shoot is oozing with awesomeness, and void of mediocrity.
Go for it, LSF!
